Codes of Conduct
albeit there are certain areas in which the existence of a Code of Conduct is an existing legal obligation, all Institutions must, in order to ensure that they display behavior that is compliant, transparent and upright, establish a Code of Conduct that all Employees are made aware of and that:
a) Discloses the principles by which the company and its activities should be guided.
b) Promotes ethical conduct among Employees in line with the principles of the Institution.
c) Promotes respect for and compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations.
d) Promotes transparent relations between the Institution and its Employees and the outside world.
