Policies, Processes and Procedures

Considering that Privacy, Data Protection and Security matters need to be structured and documented in written documents, such as policies, processes and procedures, DPO Consulting proposes to do it in an easy and transparent way for employees, clients and stakeholders.

In fact, new practices adopted by the organizations should be documented, both to facilitate knowledge and accessibility, and to allow the fulfillment of the principle of accountability, while maintaining evidence of compliance with the GDPR.

The new privacy, data protection and information security legislation implies the inclusion of new contractual clauses to ensure compliance.

The subjects of the legal relationships have requirements to comply with so that the organization can be in compliance. These requirements should be reflected in existing contracts and/or in new contracts.
